A new holiday home
Located on the Isle of Wight, on the prime Duver Road we were approached by an existing client to redevelop their family holiday home. With a requirement for a general upgrade of amenities, creation of open plan living / dining and the occupation of the roofspace to establish a gallery with views over the Solent it represents an exciting opportunity.
Currently going through a period of design development we’re working with the Isle of Wight planning department in order to secure approval, with the ambition of being complete for Regatta week 2016.
