Maximising revenue from a constrained site
Set within a block of Victorian terrace houses in Shepherd Bush, the refurbishment of this duplex flat looked to transform the existing modest accommodation through rationalising and enhancing the living environment within.
Key to unlocking the potential was the introduction of a new mansard roof. This, along with a full structural overhaul, allowed for a maximised floor plan and a reorganisation of the living arrangement. A new light and open penthouse living space was created, offering new views and outlook.
As a developer driven project, the scheme was successfully delivered facing challenges of tight timeframes, budget, and site limitations.
